By downloading, installing, or using Stoica ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Stoica is a mobile application that provides guided audio reflections, daily reminders, and curated content drawn from the Stoic philosophical tradition. The App is intended for personal, non-commercial use by adults.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Stoica. If you are between 13 and the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

All content in Stoica — including audio recordings, scripts, narration, design, typography, and software — is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Public-domain Stoic source texts (Marcus Aurelius, Seneca, Epictetus) remain in the public domain; our adaptations, recordings, and presentations of those texts are not.

Stoica does not currently accept user-submitted content. The App stores reflection notes and intentions locally on your device only.
