By downloading, installing or using Bug Hunt ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the App. Because the App is made for children, these Terms are entered into by the parent or legal guardian who installs the App and sets it up for a child.
Bug Hunt is a mobile coding game with three activities — Robot Path, Bug Fix and Loop It — in which a child guides a robot with arrow and repeat cards, finds and fixes bugs in short programs, earns stickers and fills a daily "Code Book" page. The App is intended for personal, non-commercial, educational entertainment use.
Bug Hunt is designed for children aged 6–8 and is offered in the App Store Kids category. A parent or legal guardian must install the App, make any purchase and access the parent settings. Parent-only areas (settings, purchase, restore, the parent summary and any link out of the App) are placed behind a parent gate; the parent or guardian is responsible for keeping that gate between the child and those areas.
The first levels of every game are free to play and never expire.
"Full Unlock" is a single one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase that opens every level of every game and every future level pack. Its price is shown on the purchase screen (behind the parent gate) and may vary by region according to Apple's pricing tiers. Stickers and other in-game rewards are earned by playing and are never sold.
Refund requests are handled by Apple in accordance with their refund policies. Please contact Apple Support for refund inquiries — we cannot issue refunds directly.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App and its content for your household's personal, non-commercial use.
You agree not to:
All content in Bug Hunt — including level designs, the robot and bug characters, stickers, artwork, sounds, typography, design and software — is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
Bug Hunt does not accept user-submitted content and has no text input. Progress, stickers, Code Book pages and settings are stored locally on your device only. Code Book pages can be exported as an image by a grown-up through the iOS share sheet; what you do with that image is your responsibility.
Bug Hunt collects no personal information from anyone. See our Privacy Policy for details.
